How do the fat cavitation treatments work?
Fat Cavitation involves the elimination and expulsion of fat cells using the Bodislim Ultrasonic Cavitation system. This system emits ultrasonic waves into the body, causing intense vibrations that result in the implosion of individual fat cells. Unlike exercise, which breaks down fat within the cell, cavitation causes each cell to explode and break its own membrane. The contents of the fat cell – in the form of triglycerides – are then released into the body for use as energy or into the lymphatic system for drainage through the liver.

The more hydrated you are, the better the result. Maximise your results by being well hydrated for 12–24 hours leading up to your appointment. Stay well hydrated (2-3 litres of water a day) pre and post treatment. Stay active, 20–40 minutes of moderate exercise 3–4 times a week and after every treatment. Eat a well-balanced diet with lots of fruit and vegetables. Limit alcohol intake for 72 hours before and after a treatment. (The triglycerides are processed through the liver therefore alcohol may reduce the effects of the treatment.) Limit complex carbohydrates for 72 hours before and after treatment. (Breads, pasta and sugars are stored as fat in the body and will replace the fat that the treatment has targeted.) Limit fatty foods of all kinds, and don’t let the sessions replace a balanced diet and regular exercise.
